How do I make a Bid?
To use our Place Your Bid!™ service you will need to specify your Interest, Category and Course, and open an account prior to Bidding. Please click here to start the process.
Can I place multiple Bids?
YES! You can enter as many Bids simultaneously in the "SAME" location as you like (with as many seats as you need) as long as they are NOT on the same course.
On the other hand, you can place as many Bids as you like on the SAME course (with as many seats as you need), as long as they are IN "DIFFERENT" locations. This is especially useful to our corporate clients with enterprise wide training.
How will I know my Bid has been accepted or countered?
We will send you eMail notifications as each qualifying School accepts or counters your Bid. This way you will have the opportunity to view and manage all of your Bids in real time, by simply signing back in to your account.
How do I search for availability of Courses in my area?
We have a tool for exactly that purpose. Please use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate to your desired Interest and follow the steps. A results page will show you how many Schools offer that Course in our network, in your desired location.
How do I request information from a School in your network?

Is my Credit Card information safe?
We DO NOT store your Credit Card information at our site. ALL credit card information submitted on this site is instantly encrypted and handed off unseen, to our 3rd Party Credit Card Processor - one of the largest and most secure Credit Card Processors in the world. ONLY at the time of purchase will your Credit Card information be accessed by the Credit Card Processor, and ONLY after you have provided the CCV security code at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?
If you purchased a Course through our Place Your Bid!™ service, then restrictions do not permit changes to the time or Course. The considerable discounts provided with our Place Your Bid!™ service are only possible because the reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancel-able.
If you haven't purchased a Course yet, simply place a new Bid and let the old Bid run out. No harm - No foul!
Can I receive a refund?
If you purchased a Course through our Place Your Bid!™ service, then restrictions do not permit refunds. The considerable discounts provided with our Place Your Bid!™ service are only possible because the reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancel-able.
However, in the event that a service is listed or provided to us or you, at an incorrect price, counter-offer price, Course availability, or with incorrect information received from a School in our network due to typographical error, then we will promptly issue a full refund to your credit card!
